Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Breast ultrasound indicates a single tumor and the tumor boundary is clear under ultrasound; ? The distance between the upper edge of the tumor and the skin is = 0.4cm, and the maximum diameter of the tumor is = 0.5cm and = 3.0cm; ? Tumor ultrasound BI-RADS: 4a and below, patients are anxious and do not accept observation; ? Individuals over 40 years old need to undergo molybdenum target examination or magnetic resonance imaging, and it is confirmed that there is no suspicious malignancy; ? The blood routine test, coagulation function, liver and kidney function were normal. The fasting blood glucose of patients with diabetes was controlled at 7.8-10.0mmol/L, without heart and lung complications, and without breast surgery history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Menstrual period or tendency to bleed; ? Patients with concomitant heart and lung diseases cannot tolerate surgery; ? Tumors within a range of 1.0cm around the nipple. ? Half a year after surgery, ultrasound examination revealed suspicious tumor residue, but refused a second surgery.
