Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis: ? repeated knee pain in the past month, ? X-ray film (standing or weight-bearing position) showed narrowing of joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic change, and formation of osteophyte at the joint margin, ? age = 40 years old, ? morning stiffness = 30 minutes, ? bone friction sound/sensation during activity; Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed if ?+?, or ?+?+?+? are met; (2) K-L classification II - III; (3) Good cognitive function, good compliance, and able to cooperate in completing various assessments and treatments; (4) No serious other systemic diseases, and the general condition can tolerate exercise training; (5) Have the ability to operate APP through mobile phone (can be operated by myself or accompanying personnel); (6) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe knee joint deformity; (2) Age = 75 years old; (3) There are consciousness disorders, cognitive disorders, serious mental diseases, or other diseases that affect lower limb function and exercise training; (4) Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis or other pathological conditions of knee joint suspected; (5) High-risk population with serious complications and serious cardiovascular disease.
