Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients admitted to Nanjing Gulou Hospital from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2022; 2) Patients receiving anti-infective therapy with teicoranine; 3) over 18 years of age; 4) Total protein less than 60g/L or albumin less than 35g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients admitted to hospital for diagnosis or without infection during hospitalization; 2) Predicted survival is less than the treatment cycle; 3) There are cases that other researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
