50 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are 50-74 years old,and incorporate at least one other risk factor: currently smoker >= 30 pack year or former smoker >= 30 pack years, but quit smoking time = 20 years); have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; have an occupational exposure history at least 1 year (asbestos, radon, beryllium, chromium, cadmium, nickel, silicon, soot and coal soot); have first-degree relative (parents, children and siblings) has been diagnosed with lung cancer; 2. Patients'education level should be primary school graduate or above; 3. Patients who are permanent residents (resident for more than 6 months); 4. Patients who are informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of cancer; 2. Patients with mental disorders or who are receiving treatment for mental health; 3. Patients with cognitive disorder, brain injury or brain disease; 4. Patients with communication disorders; 5. Patients who have received lung cancer screening in the past one year; 6. Patients who are participating or have participated in shared decision making research.
