Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with laparoscopic gynecological surgery, ASA I ~ II, height =150 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Height< 150cm; pregnancy; shoulder disease (history of fracture, periarthritis, chronic shoulder pain, etc.); long-term taking painkillers; cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand experimental protocol; ASA III-IV
