Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The children who met the diagnosis of biliary atresia were of all genders and ages; (2) Patients undergoing elective Kasai operation under general anesthesia; (3) ASA score ?-?; (4) Be able to comply with the research protocol; (5) The guardian of the patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Reoperation; (2) Patients with renal dysfunction; (3) Patients who have used colloid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, acetylsalicylic acid and other drugs in the past 2 weeks; (4) Patients with cardiovascular complications and abdominal organ malformations; (5) Participants in other clinical trials
