Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients' surgical resection tissues were sent for frozen pathology during the operation, and the frozen pathological section images were clear and available; (2) The patients were diagnosed as FTA or FTC by routine pathology after surgical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other types of thyroid tumors; (2) The resected tissues were from metastatic sites other than the thyroid; (3) incomplete clinical information; (4) frozen pathological sections were damaged or had quality problems (such as folded or torn tissue); (5) The quality of the resected tissue did not meet the standard of RNA sequencing.
