Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age = 18 years old; 2. The patient is a resident population in Hebei Province (with an annual absence of less than one month); 3. All patients meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for brucellosis in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Brucellosis", and are diagnosed with brucellosis through pathological examination; 4. Patients should use smartphones on a daily basis and be familiar with general WeChat functions; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have no fixed contact information, no family members are responsible for contacting, and it is not convenient to contact them by phone or WeChat; 2. The patient takes any psychotropic medication; 3. The patient has mental symptoms such as unclear consciousness, language expression, and lack of cooperation; 4. Patients with severe systemic diseases or severe physical dysfunction; 5. The patient has participated in other clinical trials; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Other reasons not suitable for participants in the experiment
