Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Diagnosed with locally advanced cervical cancer 2?Patients have knowledge of their disease 3?Receiving radiation therapy 4. 1 year of vaginal douching is required after radiotherapy 5?18-60 years old 6?Literate and have certain understanding ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1?Bedridden, limited mobility or other diseases that limit physical function 2?Insanity or abnormality 3?Vaginal douching requires combined medication 4?There are medical disputes with health care workers 5?Vaginal stricture has occurred
