Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Suspected IgAN cases: renal biopsy age 18-80 years old, gender not limited; clinical diagnosis of nephritic syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, asymptomatic hematuria or proteinuria, etc. ?IgAN group: clinical manifestations, renal biopsy, IgA deposition in the immunofluorescent mesangial area, 24-h urine protein, serum creatinine, etc. were estimated to make a definite diagnosis; IgAN was diagnosed by renal biopsy, and the diagnosis was based on IgA or IgA in the mesangial area of the glomerulus. Mainly immune complex deposition; at least 6 follow-up data were obtained; ?Secondary IgAN group: secondary IgAN secondary to rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, liver disease, allergic purpura and psoriasis; ?Non-IgAN group: renal biopsy tissue slices were submitted to KingMed Testing Center, and diagnosed as membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephropathy, or other nephrotic syndrome; ?Healthy group: healthy people with eGFR=60ml/min/1.73?, negative urine protein and urine occult blood, and normal renal function in People's Hospital of Ya'an City; The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of People's Hospital of Ya'an City and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Baseline renal biopsy and clinical data at enrollment were missing; Before renal perforation, receive immunosuppressant, hormone and other drugs; Insufficiency of heart, brain and lung organs; Combined with major organic disease; Combined mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, pregnant and lactating women, history of nephrotoxic drug use Albuminuria was in remission before enrollment; Follow-up data after enrollment were missing
