Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?were diagnosed with CHD; ?were aged 18 years old or older;?had fatigue symptoms (Fatigue Scale-14 score = 7); ? had lived in one of the target communities for at least 6 months; ?had the capacity to give informed consent; ?were willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? had hearing, visual, communication, or cognitive impairments; ?were diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome or diseases that cause fatigue symptoms (e.g. cancer, maintenance haemodialysis, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
