Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First stroke meets the relevant diagnostic criteria for stroke, and imaging confirms cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction;2.The course of the disease = 3 months;3.Unilateral foot drop;4.Able to walk 10 meters or more independently or with the aid of a walker;5.Age 18-79 years;6.Stable condition; Clear consciousness; No severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, can cooperate with rehabilitation training;7.Agree to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other conditions causing foot drop (e.g., peripheral nerve disease, head injury, or intracranial mass);2.Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney function diseases;3.Other neurological disorders accompanied by walking dysfunction, such as Parkinson's disease, involuntary movements, etc;4.Topical botulinum toxin or use of other antispasmodic drugs;5.Taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, and drugs that stimulate the cerebral cortex;6.History of seizures;7.There are metal implants in the body;8.Those with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.
