Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age =60 years old; Elective total hip replacement or total knee replacement in Shandong University Qilu Hospital (Qingdao)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients refused or could not complete neurocognitive function assessment; ? History of mental illness or neurological disease; ? Patients who have not completed the screening assessment for dementia and delirium or the assessment results are in dementia or delirium state ? severe hepatic and renal insufficiency ? Preoperative brief assessment of mental state (MMSE) was lower than the required score (illiterate < 17 points; Primary school < 20 points; Secondary school and above < 24 points); ?ASA= Class III; ? Left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% ? Emergency surgery, patients in serious infection
