Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who signed informed consent had severe pelvic fracture combined with avulsion injury of the sacral plexus nerve, and lower extremity sensorimotor or voiding disturbance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Scoliosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, spinal cord injury, potential polyneuropathy
