18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. CKD1-4 (eGFR as defined in the KIDIGO Guide is greater than or equal to 15ml/ (min·1.73m2); 3. Dialysis is not expected to commence during the study period; 4. The ability to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known malignant tumor, HIV, hepatitis; 2. Active inflammation or autoimmune disease; 3. Patients who have used hormones or immunosuppressants within 6 months or who need to use these drugs during the study; 4. A history of severe congestive heart failure; 5. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant; 6. Patients with upper extremity injury, unable to perform compression operation; 7. Other patients who cannot cooperate with the experiment; 8. Participate in another interventional clinical study at the same time.
