20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who plan to have regular prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital; 2. Age: 20-45; 3. 24-28 weeks gestation; 4. Single pregnancy; 5. The clinical data is complete; 6. Permanent residents of Hangzhou; 7. Obtain my consent and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Assisted reproductive technology; 2. Hepatitis series disease, serious hematological system disease, history of malignant tumor, complicated with important organ dysfunction or serious systemic basic disease; 3. Termination of pregnancy during follow-up; 4. Pregnant women receiving insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs; 5. Pregnancy complications; 6. Have contraindications to exercise; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 8. People with cognitive impairment, mental illness or communication disorder; 9. Those who have diabetes before pregnancy; 10. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical researchers.
