Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Plan to live in the study area for at least 1 year; 2.between 18 and 45 years old; 3.married; 4.gestational age =28 weeks, < 35 weeks; 5.Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score =10 (If EPDS score =13, pregnant women should be judged to be suitable for inclusion).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The score of EPDS item 10=1 (indicating that the subject has a certain risk of self-injury and should be referred to a professional psychiatrist for further judgment in time); 2.pregnant women who have been diagnosed with a serious medical condition requiring in-patient or out-patient treatment, pregnancy-related illness (in addition to common conditions such as anemia), physical or learning disabilities, postpartum or other forms of mental illness; 3.pregnant women who were seriously ill or relocated during the study period; 4.miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth, congenital disability or death of a child within the first year.
