Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged from 16-70 years with one-level intervertebral lumbar disc herniation; 2. Unilateral nerve root symptoms or cauda equina symptoms caused by single level L4/5 or L5/S1 disc herniation, ineffective after 6-12 weeks of conservative treatment; 3. Contained, sequestered, or prolapse disc herniation of central, para-central, or foraminal disc herniation; 4. Migrated disc herniation not exceed the lower edge of the upper pedicle or the upper edge of the lower pedicle (low-grade migrated disc herniation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years or =70 years; 2. Disc herniation is an extremely lateral type or high-grade migrated type; 3. Severe spinal stenosis; 4.Cauda equina syndrome;5. Lumbar spondylolisthesis or spondylolisthesis more than 1 grade; 6. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or mental diseases.
