Hypotension after induction of general anesthesia

Interventions

Control group:An initial dose of 0 µg/kg norepinephrine was used.Subsequently, continue to pump 0 µg/kg.min of norepinephrine.
Norepinephrine group:An initial dose of 0.1 µg/kg norepinephrine was used.Subsequently, continue to pump 0.05 µg/kg.min of norepinephrine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 65-79 years old; ASA:I-III; Patients undergoing general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypertension; Ejection fraction<40%; Arrhythmias that require treatment; Unstable coronary heart disease; The patient refused to participate.
