Complications from carboprost tromethamine

Interventions

group A:Piercing needling technique from Neiguan to Waiguan: acupuncture on the right side during anesthesia operation and leave the needle for 10min
After the anesthesia operation was completed and the patient was supine, the left side of was needled and left for 30 minutes.
group B:Dexamethasone 10 mg was given after umbilical rupture
group C:2ml normal saline was given before anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status ? or ? 2.Normal heart?lung? liver and kidney function 3. Carboprost tromethamine is intended to be used 4.No gestational diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of Carboprost tromethaminel 2.pregnancy levy classification 3.asthma 4.Massive hemorrhage during caesarean section 5.Amniotic fluid embolism occurred during the operation 6.Combined general anesthesia during anesthesia block insufficiency 7.Dosage of Carboprost tromethaminel > 250ug during the operation 8. Carboprost tromethaminel was injected into the uterus 9.Antiemetic drugs had been used for other reasons prior to the intraoperative application of carboprost tromethaminel
