Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia: 1) ASA grade I to ?, BMI<35kg/m^2; 2) Aged 18-65 years; 3) Informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications of percutaneous acupoint injection, such as local rash or systemic infection at the site of acupoint irritation; 2) Combined with a known drug allergy, severe heart, respiratory, kidney or liver disease related to this study; 3) Coagulation dysfunction; 4) Psychiatric or neurological diseases; Difficulty in communication; 5) Premedication or preexisting medical conditions prior to surgery limit target assessment, including the use of antiemetics, opioids, or corticosteroids; 6) Gastroesophageal reflux.
