Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for patients with HTGRAP: Meet the diagnostic criteria of RAP, that is, not less than 2 episodes of acute pancreatitis, each episode can be basically cured, the interval between 2 episodes exceeds 3 months, and do not have the morphological changes of chronic pancreatitis; also meet the pre-treatment blood TG = 11.30 mmol/L or TG value of 5.65-11.30 mmol/L but the serum is lipid cloudy, and exclude biliary origin, alcoholic and other etiological causes. (2) Inclusion criteria for patients with hypertriglyceridemia. Inclusion criteria: lipid TG = 11.30 mmol/L or TG values of 5.65 to 11.30 mmol/L but lipid cloudy serum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Exclusion criteria for patients with HTGRAP. Exclude having serious organic diseases, such as malignant tumor, acute myocardial infarction, massive cerebral infarction, etc. (2)Exclusion criteria for patients with hypertriglyceridemia. 1) Prior history of pancreatitis. 2) Exclusion of secondary causes of hypertriglyceridemia: e.g., excessive alcohol consumption, drug induction (e.g., thiazides, corticosteroids, antipsychotics, etc.), renal disease, liver disease, pregnancy, autoimmune disease, etc. 3)exclude the presence of serious organic diseases, such as malignant tumors, acute myocardial infarction, massive cerebral infarction, etc
