Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were applied: (1) signed informed consent; (2) elective cardiac surgery with extracorporeal circulation, including heart valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting; (3) age: 18-75 years; (4) normal preoperative coagulation function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria were applied: 1.urgent operation, 2.reoperation,3. heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, known pre-existing hemolytic disorders, known coagulation system disorders, chronic inflammatory disease, 4. ongoing Antiplatelet or anticoagulant treatment other than aspirin,5.Heparin allergy, heparin resistance,6.with NYHA IV cardiac function
