Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with Trendelenburg position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)morbid obesity (Body Mass Index =40 kg/m2).(2)valvular heart disease, any ventricular dysfunction, preoperative arrhythmia. (3) history of lung disease.
