65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients undergoing elective Off-Punmp coronary artery bypass grafting, age 65-80 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m2, ASA class II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative diagnosis of fatigue syndrome; (2) allergy to local anesthetics; (3) history of psychiatric illness; (4) history of chronic pain; (5) preoperative use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioid analgesics; (6) surgical cancellation; (7) change of surgical approach; (8) patient death; (9) patient or family request for withdrawal.
