75 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusive criteria: 1) Age = 75 years; 2) Unstable intertrochanteric fractures with OTA/AO classification of 31A2.2~31A3.3; 3) Closed intertrochanteric fracture within 1 week; 4) The patient had independent walking ability before injury; 5) Be able to cooperate with the doctor to carry out post rehabilitation exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe multiple fractures; 2) Pathological fracture; 3) Cognitive or mental disorders, unable to cooperate with doctors to complete rehabilitation exercises; 4) Femoral neck fracture or subtrochanteric fracture; 5) Serious basic diseases, including respiratory, circulatory, and endocrine system diseases, unable to tolerate the surgery.
