Interventions

TAP group :After suturing the wound, TAP block is performed under the ultrasound guidance by an anesthesiologist in the TAP group
Paraincision infiltration group (WI):After suturing the wound, the WI group injected local anesthetic drugs at multiple points on both sides of the incision and around the puncture hole

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We included patients aged 18 to 75 years with ASA grade I to II, all of whom were scheduled to undergo laparoscopically assisted colorectal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Body mass index >40 kg/m2 2) Hypersensitivity to any of the drugs used in the study 3) Long-term use of painkillers, chronic pain 4) coagulation dysfunction 5) Severe heart and respiratory diseases, chronic liver or kidney dysfunction. 6) Inability to communicate due to severe neurological problems 7) Local infection at the puncture site
