Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults = 18 years old with clinical familial adenomatous polyposis or APC gene pathogenic mutation; 2. One of the following is sufficient: ? Patients with complete colon and moderate adenoma load (100 to 1000 polyps) who are currently considering preventive surgery (* For those who do not undergo surgical treatment, nano-carbon labeling should be performed at 30-40cm from the descending colon to the anus during the first endoscopic examination); ? Patients who have undergone surgical treatment, including colectomy, ileorectal anastomosis and total colorectal resection, ileal pouch and anal anastomosis (* observe the residual rectum or ileal pouch area after the operation according to the choice of operation). 3. All polyps larger than 1 cm were removed under endoscope at the first endoscopic examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diseases that may affect the intestinal microecology, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and malabsorption caused by short bowel syndrome; 2. Immune inhibitors and glucocorticoids were taken within 3 months before inclusion in the study; Antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, etc. were taken one month before inclusion in the study; Proton pump inhibitors and bismuth-containing drugs were taken within 2 weeks before inclusion in the study. 3. Diagnosed as malignant disease, such as colorectal cancer; 4. Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin more than 3 times a week within 6 months before the test; 5. Diagnosis of diabetes, pregnancy or lactation; 6. Abnormal results of serum laboratory tests (kidney and liver function tests), or major infections or respiratory diseases. 7. Patients who may affect the composition of fecal micro-ecology due to various reasons are excluded, or the researcher believes that there are patients with inappropriate factors for inclusion. 8. A male who is preparing for pregnancy.
