Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative chest CT examination indicated multiple Ggos, with more than two Ggos; (2) Radical resection of the main focus; (3) At least two preoperative chest CT examinations indicated no GGO absorption; (4) Postoperative pathological examination was atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ, the atypical atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, adenocarcinoma in situ, AIS), microinvasive lung adenocarcinoma. MIA), invasiveadenocarcinoma (IA); (5) Standardized follow-up was conducted every 3-6 years in the two years after surgery, and every 6-12 months in the two years after surgery. CT examination report was available every six months. (6) Residual nodules after operation; (7) No history of chemotherapy before (8) No history of tumors in other sites;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) death 30 days after surgery; (2) Residual nodules reduced or disappeared after surgery; (3) No standardized follow-up after surgery; (4) Postoperative chest CT images were not clear;
