Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-80 years old,Gender is not open-ended,The case group complies with the 2019 Chinese Medical Doctor Association Emergency Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Acute Coronary Syndrome,The control group meets the basic diagnosis and treatment guidelines for stable coronary heart disease of the Chinese Medical Association in 2020;?Normal cognitive function and mental state ;?Voluntary participation and informed consent, signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with coagulopathy;? Patients with severe blood diseases;? Patients with severe liver disease and jaundice;? patients with mental illness;?Patients with various acute, severe, infectious and inflammatory diseases, such as viral hepatitis and cancer;? Abnormal hemodynamic changes.
