Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative patients diagnosed with primary bronchogenic carcinoma and pathologically confirmed as NSCLC; (2) The pathology of NSCLC includes adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, large cell carcinoma, etc; (3) Individuals over 18 years old; (4) Chinese medicine treatment (including Chinese herbal pieces and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations) that has been carried out continuously for 6 months or more; (5) Postoperative adjuvant treatment or follow-up without any traditional Chinese medicine treatment (including Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations); (6) Hospitalized or outpatient patients with complete information; (7) During the follow-up process, there are detailed medical records and clear dates of recurrence, death, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary lung cancer with unclear pathological type, or with clear pathological type but not classified as non-small cell lung cancer; (2) Patients with unclear clinical staging after NSCLC radical surgery; (3) Individuals with other primary malignant tumors at the same time; (4) Have a history of organ transplantation; (5) Having severe chronic diseases; (6) Having a history of uncontrollable mental illness; (7) Children's cases, those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding; (8) Intermittent traditional Chinese medicine intervention with a total course of treatment less than 6 months; (9) Patients with incomplete data that cannot be evaluated and followed up.
