Mild to moderate obesity group (BMI<40kg/m2)
:ropivacaine for intraperitoneal aerosol analgesia
Severe obesity group (BMI = 40 kg / m2):ropivacaine for intraperitoneal aerosol analgesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy 2: BMI=27.5kg/m² 3: ASA grade I-III patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Other types of weight-loss surgery 2: Patients with allergic history of local anesthesia drugs 3: Patients with communication and communication disorders 4: Patients with ASA grade IV or above 5: People who abuse drugs or alcohol or suffer from difficult mental illness 6: Patients with recent fertility needs
