Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade is I~III; 3. Elective thoracoscopic surgery (lung isolation technique is required); 4. Be able to understand the research process, communicate effectively with researchers and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of the upper respiratory tract or lung infection in the past month; 2. Heart failure, NYHA grade III. and IV; 3. Severe liver disease (liver function child-pugh grade B, C; 4. Renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate 30 kg/m2; 6. Other systemic severe diseases, such as leukemia, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 7. Those who plan to be transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery.
