Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes or prediabetes as defined by the ADA in 2021 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MAFLD as defined by the international expert consensus statement, in addition the CAP =248 dB/m detected by FibroScan ultrasounddiagnosis 3)the subjects aged from 18 to 75 years old, and be able to read and write 4) subjects owned and used smartphone 5)the BMI is greater than 23.0 kg/m2 6)willing to sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) subjects who cannot take care of themselves 2) With serious diabetic complications, such as retinal detachment, disability, etc 3) Stage 4 renal failure and above 4) Have severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency 5) Pregnant 6) With mental illness, such as depression, schizophrenia 7) Untreated hypothyroidism, thalassemia or blood diseases
