Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney damage = 3 months, kidney injury is defined as the structure or function of the kidney abnormalities, with or without a decrease in glomerular filtration rate, the following evidence: (1) pathological abnormalities. Or (2) Signs of kidney damage, including abnormalities of blood or urine components, or abnormalities in imaging tests. 2. Glomerular filtration rate <60ml / min / 1.73m2 time = 3 months, with or without renal damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Kidney damage <3 months, including pathological abnormalities. Or signs of kidney damage, including abnormalities in blood or urine components, or imaging studies; 2. Glomerular filtration rate <60ml/min*1.73m2 time <3 months, with or without renal damage.
