Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with primary heart transplantation in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from March 2019 to October 2022;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Delayed chest closure, active bleeding, extracorporeal membrane lung application; ? Difficult airway, difficult intubation, preoperative endotracheal intubation, preoperative respiratory failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ? Medical records, anesthesia, surgery, cardiopulmonary bypass records are incomplete.
