18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years 2) Diagnosed as leukemia according to the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria of Hematology (4th Edition) 3) Patients who will receive their first UCBT 4) Karnofsky performance score (KPS) =70 5) Patients who have certain linguistic competence, and can complete the questionnaire independently 6) Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cognitive dysfunction 2) Hearing, visual or sensory impairment 3) Patients with chronic heart or neuromuscular disease 4) The expected survival period is less than 3 month
