18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged over 18 and under 65; ? clinical patients with insomnia, depression, anxiety (PSQI, SAS, SDS); ? No difficulty in understanding Chinese materials. ? Able to access the internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to participate in offline experiments, with bipolar disorder, severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia), cognitive dysfunction, high risk of self-harm or suicide, substance abuse disorders, and personality disorders that disrupt group training.
