Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 4 to 14 weeks gestation;18 years of age =42 years of age; The exposure group met the diagnostic criteria for hypothyroxinemia: normal TSH and FT4 was lower than the 5th percentile. The control group was pregnant women with normal thyroid function. No personal history of thyroid-related diseases: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Subclinical hypothyroidism, partial or total thyroidectomy, after iodine-131 treatment; There are no diseases that can lead to spontaneous abortion, such as balanced chromosomal translocation in couples, uterine malformations, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, connective tissue disease, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Without no plan to give birth; Patients who could not be followed up; Ectopic pregnancy; Pregnant women who develop other thyroid diseases requiring medical intervention.
