Research Group 1:Preoperative carbohydrate load 200ml
Research Group 2:Preoperative carbohydrate load 200ml and postoperative early water intake
Control group:Regular preoperative prohibition of drinking for 8-10 hours, and after the first exhaust after surgery, return to a fluid diet

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective gynecological surgery under general anesthesia; ASA I-III; The age is from18 to 70; No cognitive impairment in communication; Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA = IV; CPS = 22; Have a history of motion sickness or previous history of reflux aspiration and postoperative nausea and vomiting; Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; Complicated with history of digestive tract disease or constipation; Pregnant and lactating women
