35 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the above diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; ? Gender is not limited, and the age is between 35 and 80 years old (including 35 and 80 years old); ? The course of disease is within 2 weeks to 6 months (including 2 weeks and 6 months); ? Conscious and stable, cooperate with treatment; ? According to Brunnstrom's exercise evaluation table, the affected upper limb is at the earlier stage of stage III, IV and V; ? The degree of spasticity was mild to moderate, the muscle strength of the affected limb was above grade 2, and the modified Ashworth baseline scale (MAS) was = 1; ? All of them were first onset or had no sequelae in the past, and had not taken muscle relaxants or other sedatives in the past two weeks; ? It conforms to the principle of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Muscle spasm caused by non cerebrovascular disease or other diseases; ? Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, severe liver and kidney diseases and previous mental diseases; ? Sports aphasia, visual function defect, etc. hinder the coordination of treatment and evaluation. ? At the same time, he received other treatments for elbow flexion spasm of upper limbs after stroke; ? Patients with motor dysfunction, fracture, neuromuscular disease affecting the curative effect; ? Those who are seriously afraid of needles and faint; ? Patients who have also participated in other subject trials.
