Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the 2020 American Diabetes Association’s guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes during pregnancy diagnostic criteria, the first diagnosis of GDM patients; Age = 18 years old, single birth primipara; Patients have good understanding, willing to participate in structured education projects, willing to use WeChat and WeChat groups to receive structured education.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Family history of diabetes; Abnormal glucose tolerance before pregnancy; Patients with other pregnancy complications; Abnormal fetal development; Patients with severe abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney function and other endocrine or immune system diseases; Patients with mental and communication disabilities.
