Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal submucosal tumors admitted to the Endoscopy Center of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from September 2022 to March 2023 were retrospectively included; 2. Underwent endoscopic full-thickness resection; 3.Used internal traction-assisted suspended closure to close the defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other endoscopic closure methods were performed at the same time; 2. Patients with missing important data.
