Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) women aged from 30 to 59 years, sexual exposed; (2) Voluntary to participant in the screening?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Had a history of cervical conization surgery (including CKC, LEEP); (2) Had a history of hysterectomy or cervical resection; (3) Had a history of pelvic radiation; (4) Pregnant women; (5) Had acute or recurrent genital and urinary tract infections.
