18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participation in this trial, signed informed consent form, agreed to the treatment protocol and completed follow-up tests; age between 18 and 45 years, male and female; met diagnostic criteria for moderate to severe acne; skin Fitzpatrick type III-IV; no previous oral isotretinoin treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete informed consent; clear history of allergy to isotretinoin (retinoids); recent (within = 3 months) drug or physical therapy for any skin disease or systemic disease; pregnant or lactating women; those who are preparing for pregnancy and have a pregnancy plan.
