18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent; 2. Elective Radical Thyroidectomy; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 4. BMI:18.5-30.0 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thyroid surgery 2. Patients with recent childbearing plans and pregnant or lactating women 3. Preoperative blood routine, liver function electrolyte and examination results were significantly abnormal 4. Patients with coronary heart disease, severe hypertension, diabetes, and severe heart block 5. Alcohol and opioid abusers or long-term opioid users 6. Participants in other clinical trials
