Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the time of enrollment, they were children aged 5 to 14 years old. They met the diagnostic criteria of the Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Congenital Adrenal Cortex Hyperplasia with 21 Hydroxylase Deficiency issued by the Endocrine Genetic and Metabolic Disease Group of the Pediatric Society of Chinese Medicine in 2016, and agreed to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known central nervous system related diseases exist, such as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, cerebral vascular malformations, global developmental delay, cerebral palsy, encephalitis, epilepsy, autism spectrum disorders, and other serious brain structural or functional abnormalities; 2. There are obvious structural or functional abnormalities of organs: severe anemia caused by various reasons, pulmonary ventilation and ventilation dysfunction caused by respiratory and cardiac abnormalities, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc. 3. Children who refuse to participate in this clinical trial or are unable to cooperate with regular follow-up visits.
