Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients older than 18 years; ? Patients who meet the 2021 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic heart failure, and the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grade = ?; ? Patients in ICU = 72 hours; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute heart failure, unstable angina pectoris or severe arrhythmia in the 3 months prior to the study; ? Patients with contraindications to low-frequency electrical stimulation, such as cardiac pacemaker implantation; ? Patients with venous thrombosis in lower extremities; ? Unstable vital signs; ? Patients who could not complete the manual muscle strength assessment.
