Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 50 to 80 years old; ?Conforming to the surgical indications for cataracts, according to the LOCSIII classification method for cataracts, the hardness of the lens nucleus is grade II-III; ?The operation method is cataract phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation; ?Sign an informed consent form; ? Those with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The patient has a history of ocular trauma, eyelid diseases, glaucoma, keratopathy, dry eyes, eye surgery, long-term contact lens wear, long-term use of eye drops 3 months before surgery, and other known systemic diseases or surgery that may cause ocular surface damage, such as diabetes, immune diseases, nervous system diseases, and neurosurgery surgery history. The diagnostic criteria for dry eyes are based on the consensus of Chinese dry eye experts (2020 version); ?Complications that affect corneal nerve fibers occur during and after surgery; ?Patients who have failed to complete postoperative follow-up, have poor cooperation in corneal confocal microscopy examination, and are unable to obtain qualified corneal nerve images.
