Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Grid workers whose working environment is outdoor (2) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form (3) Age =18 years (4) No language communication barrier (5) The research object must have a smart phone, which can receive short messages and have the habit of using wechat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Grid workers whose working environment is indoor (2) Power grid workers who do not use smartphones or do not have wechat (3) Unwilling to participate in this study (4) Cognitive dysfunction
